Created in Shanghai, a city with both Eastern heritage and western influence, We take inspiration from our passion for food, translating it into functional still life.  Our products celebrates the oversaw sparks of everyday still life.

Return Policy

All sales on softserve.com are final. Unless there's any damage, defective or wrong items.  

All items are shipped from Shanghai,China. At the moment, international shipping takes 3-6 weeks.

Damage, Defective or Wrong Items

Please check your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issues and solve them as soon as possible.

If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume the product was not damaged or defective when you received it.  If a damaged item is returned without notifying us of the damage, we will not be able to process the return.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If yes, your refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
