When will my order ship?

Do you ship internationally?

Can I collect my order in-store? 
No. Currently we do not have a physical location from which orders can be collected. 

 

What should I do if my order is damaged or missing? 
Please email soft.serve.sh@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. All claims for damaged items or omissions must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
