In the dreamy afterglow,
fireworks bloom like sugar shells above the castle.
Countless sparkles fall like stardust,
landing softly in a lollipop cocktail glass.
The bells ring lightly—
evening drinks are now being served.
Tonight’s limited menu unfolds: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter
eight Wonderland Specials,
to sip, savor, and relive the turning of the seasons.

🌸 Spring
Steep dried roses in hot water and let the tea cool.
Add syrup and sake, stir gently, and it’s ready to enjoy.

Pour whisky into a lollipop cocktail glass, then add iced cola.
Slice fresh lemon and dried orange,
place them on the rim to shape a playful Mickey silhouette.

☀️ Summer
Combine cold-brew oolong tea, lemon juice, strawberry juice,
and sparkling water in a shaker.
Add cherry syrup, shake well, and pour out.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple on the rim.

In a glass of Chardonnay, mix melon juice and whisky until smooth.
Decorate the rim with a rolled slice of ham.

🍂 Autumn
Brew one chrysanthemum blossom in hot water.
Add pear juice, lemon juice, and honey — stir and enjoy.

Pour pear juice, lemon juice, and gin into a shaker,
shake well and serve in a glass.
Top up with sparkling water,
and garnish with a sugar-glazed pear slice.

❄️ Winter
Lay a spoonful of fermented rice wine at the bottom of the glass.
Mix jasmine oolong tea and almond syrup,
shake gently and pour over.

Combine gin and dry vermouth in a container with large ice cubes.
Stir briskly for 30 seconds,
then pour into a chilled glass.
Add an olive twist on the rim for a final touch.
